Could you please add it to techbase and link to it from https://
techbase.kde.org/KDevelop5/HowToCompile, under a new section called "manual 
compilation without kdesrc-build".

The page could be called e.g.

https://techbase.kde.org/KDevelop5/HowToCompile/Debian

or similar
