A tutorial on installing KDevelop 5 beta onto a Debian testing system

Hello KDevelop folk,

I have struggled with installing KDevelop5 beta on my home system, and after a 
year finally got it working. Bloody wonderful program, kudos for all that hard 
work!

I suspect others may also have difficulties, so I wrote up a tutorial on how I 
did it, which I hope could be useful for others.

My issue now is where to put it.

It is currently at https://userbase.kde.org/User_talk:Arthur, feel free to 
critique.

If it looks usable, where should I link it? I can only find 
https://techbase.kde.org/KDevelop4 pages, which I don't think is optimal.
