This sounds nice indeed. But esp. if you use KDevelop for such a long time, 
why don't you start contributing to it? Implementing these features, esp. 
stuff like hot keys to switch between working sets and such, are rather simple 
to do. All of us work on KDevelop on a "scratch your own itch" basis. We 
severely lack manpower, and by posting wish requests on mailing lists you 
won't get them any sooner I'm afraid.

That said, please at least report each of these wishes as a separate report on 
bugs.kde.org. Some of them I'll then also tag as junior jobs for (future) 
newcomers to work on.
