Hmm, it opens up here too. It just doesn't close automatically and IIRC
teatime and adymo discussed that this is unfortunately impossible with
Qt3 dock widgets.

But it doesn't really disturb me, because its just 1 shortcut to hit
(well twice), to close the view and the many bugs KMDI has outweigh that
minor inconvience.
