can't make code completion work

It doesn't work for me either. Instead, I have a bookmark to:

http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/libstdc++/latest-doxygen/

as a work-around until this feature works.

My specs:
SuSE 9.3 Pro
KDE 3.4.1 level "a"
KDevelop 3.2.1-a
gcc 3.3.5-5
