Creating new file templates - GLUT

Hi, 
  I use kdevelop as my primary development environment.
I frequently develop applications using OpenGL API using the glut toolkit. 

How can I create a new project template for GLUT .
Is there a template already available for the same ? If not, how could I create
a new project template so that I need not type in all the details every now and

then.
