Can't say about that, but the file is in /usr/lib/kde3/ here on Debian
and all the other kio* are there too.

SVN-Support _never_ worked here :-( I'd like to debug but it seems
nobody is really interested in fixing this for KDE 3.4. The Maintainer
of kio_svn and svn support in kdevelop seems to be absent since November
or something and nobody else really knows what the code does...

Here the KDE IO-Slave crashes with any SVN Operation (current SVN
kdevelop). I use kdesvn or esvn or the command line to manage my
projects.
