code completion for external libraries fails in kdevelop 3.3

I've compiled kdevelop 484621 today, to check out the code completion in
external libraries.

Well, unfortunately it didn't solve my problem at all.

I need to check out a newer release of kdevelop.

I have installed kdebase and kdelibs version 3.5.
