installing CVS-Head

Looks like the system that is updated by kbuildsycoca got confused.
After

export KDEDIRS=/usr && kbuildsycoca

and 

export KDEDIRS=$HOME/kdevelop_head:/usr && kbuildsycoca

I could finally use kdevelop.
