add files to project - how?

Hi Aaron,
provided you are using an automake based project, adding files has been
moved to the automake manager. Select a subproject in the upper half
(should be scr in simple cases), then right click to a "program in bin"
in the lower half. In the submenu there are options about adding and
removing files.
You may want to look in the user manual (handbook). It is a (still
rather sketchy) chapter about the automake manager there.
