Trouble compiling KDevelop

If you used the same Berkely tar I used, they have it installing under its own
/lib and /include directories. The --with-extra-includes is failing to pass
this thru to something.
My solution was to put symbolic links to the include files into
/usr/local/include. This got the configure stage to work anyway.
