How i can make a dll project in KDE Develop?

Well, you have two options, AFAIK:

1) Make a new project with a subfolder where your library resides. You 
can let main.cpp be a small test program.
2) Tell KDevelop you will do the makefile handling, and handle the 
makefiles yourself. Inconvenient.

I'ld opt for 1). You have kdevelop handling your makefiles for you. And 
it's still a library you are creating, main.cpp or not.
