How i can make a dll project in KDE Develop?

but i can't make a subfolder i make a new project and KDE ask me about c or c++
but don't ask me about shared or static library , please write me how can i do that

Don't say that word! ;-) It's called a "shared librrary" in Unix. 

Make a new subfolder. Kdevelop will ask you whether you want to build a 
shred or a static librrary. Say shared. Bingo.
