CTags usage

Yes, there are two different kinds of the Goto Definition/Goto
Declaration thing. One is from the class browser and the other is using
ctags. These are different animals. 

In this version of KDevelop there is indeed no back function, but I
have heard that there will be one in the next, new version, KDevelop-3
or gideon. Give that a try and see whether it works for you.
