CTags usage

Hmmm... 
hopefully not another Redhat-8 issue. What's your locale setting? 
Can you set it to "C" and try whether this helps the problem. 
Also possible that this bug is related to the CMakeOutputWidget one. 

I'll try to investigate this early next week.
