Symbolic links & CVS

This is, afaik, because KDE's build system switched from autoconf-2.14
to autoconf-2.52 for whatever reason and the links are there for
backwards compatibility. If you stick with one version of autoconf on
all your development machines, you can just replace the links with
their targets and your problem is solved.
