Changing editing files with keyboard

Hi,
I've 2 questions:
First: In MS-Dev, CTRL-tab change the current editing file. Is there a 
similar key in KDevelop? I haven't found it.

Second When developing a "terminal C++" application, how can I enter 
text (read by cin) while in the integrated debugger?
