Changing editing files with keyboard

you can switch between the first ten open sources by using Ctrl-1 ... Ctrl-0
(BTW: you can see functions accessible with short-key by looking at 
"Options->KDevelop Setup->Keys")

The stdout-window is only read-only. For terminal app you should check 
"Options->KDevelop Setup->Debugger->Enable seperate terminal for 
application i/o"
