Unable to debugg

I can't even do this! I've made new projects (just the default c++ one). And
without even altering anything it just doesn't work. Nothing. I can't get it
to work. Which makes me think it is completely the debuggers fault, because
I can't get it working even when I try to use the debugger without
kdevelop...
