KDE 2.0 and QT 3.0 beta 4 works together ?

Hello,
I installed recently Kdevelop and QT3.0 beta 4 from Redhat 7.2 CD .
I try to write a small program that uses QT3 but I get a strange error.
I attached the source , the header file and the error. 
I think it's something link with qt2 and qt3 ...
Maybe someone can help me with this..
