QTDesigner doesn't start - external programs

Should also check exit codes. I've had a few problems with
dynamically linked binaries which end up using the wrong libs. (That's
life when you've got gcc 2.95 in /usr and 3.0 in /usr/local...)
There's nothing KDevelop can do to fix the problem of course, but it would
be nice to not have to "testrun" from the shell to find out what's wrong
(the stdout/stderr tabs are allready there....)
Well, this is just a minor convenience/feature tweak, nothing important I
guess.
