exceptions in new c++ project with admin dir?

Hi,

in my C++ project, which I created with the new template by Walter, I use 
exceptions (kdevelop2, CVS). But ltconfig from the admin dir sets the 
compiler flages of g++ to
"-fno-exceptions".

Can I change this behaviour somehow without editing the admin dir? Is there 
maybe a better way?
