You need to read yourself into the README.htdig file. the htdig,
htsearch and htmerge binaries must be in your path (otherwise make
symlinks into your $KDEDIR/bin for them) and you need to copy'n paste
out the description for the htdig.conf file and change the according
settings, then copy it to $KDEDIR/share/apps/kdevelop/tools
