revisiting admin.tar.gz

Hmm...should work because I added a check for that if locate() doesn´t
find the admin.tar.gz file so you don´t get an error in the appwizard´s
creation stage in case your installation is corrupt. I´ll have a look
for that tomorrow morning if there´s something wrong with that anyway.
