revisiting admin.tar.gz

Hi,

with the recent CVS of kdevelop 1.4 I tried to create a qextmdi project. But 
I got the message, that admin.tar.gz in the share/kdevelop/templates/ (or 
something like this) directory is missing, but it is there. Is this a bug or 
did I do anything wrong?
