can't debug

Hi,
since today I have the problem, that I can't debug my project anymore. I
can set breakpoints but it seem that the debugger ignores them. Because
the code is executed but the debugger does not stop at a breakpoint.
I use the newest cvs version.
I hope anyone can help me.
