version numbers

hi!

got two simple requests:

1.
i would really appreciate it if kdevelopment would accept more than one dot 
in version numbers. it is very common to have x.y.z numbering in our world.

2.
also it would be nice if the first letter in a project name was not forced to 
be a capital letter.
