Options->Tools... Arguments

Nope, 
I am still getting 3 or 4 copies of cervisia. Worse, if I start it the
first time the argument is appended to the program with no space in
between, so the tool cant start. Then when I change the Tool settings
the changes are not stored. So then I delete the Tool and recreate it
and now I get 4 copies if the tool again...
