simple hello

I went in kedev > project >
then file > qtdes > hello.ui
and then it asks me to choose a form !!! ??
then I did cancel ... and open > hello.ui !!!
then it asks me again to choose a form ? why ? and
what mus t I choose ? 
Can some one help me who show me a tutorial that is
"realistic " ?

with this simple hello ? ) 
I din't find either the "reject()" slots ?
