Including icons

Hi all,

I trying to include my own icons to be placed in the applications
toolbar using the .rc file. I have the icons in a directory at the 
same level  as po and kdaq (application name). The problem is that
my icons are not being loaded. Is there a way I can set this in 
Kdevelop 1.3 or something I need to do with the configure option.
