Problem with KDevelop and CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH

Hi,
I have the following problem:
On my desktop I have a kdevelop project which needed include files that are 
in directories given by CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH. Everything works fine from 
kdevelop.
After a commit and an update from my laptop, when I compile the project from 
kdevelop, gcc doesn't find the include files specify by the same 
CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH. But, when I compile it from the command line, there are 
no problem, gcc find the include files again.
I suppose that there is something missing in my configuration on my laptop, 
but what?
