Commiting build fixes for KDevelop?

Hi,

>From time to time I get the latest KDevelop CVS snapshot and makes a Debian
package for it. Since the Debian build is out of source, I sometimes (eg.
today) run into the typical problem that a -I$(builddir) or similar has been
forgotten. I'll be glad to fix these as I see them, if you want me to.
