configure error: system fails at linking small kde app

Nope, i had the same conflict !

go in to your bash, type in:

export QTDIR=/where/your/new/qt/located
export KDEDIR/opt/kde2 (i think so)
now go to the kdk-source-dir

./configure
make
make install
