Installing Kdevelop/kdoc2

Hi,

I am installing Kdevelope 1.2 on a HP_UX system. The
configure returns the
following errors:
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= 1.42 and <
2.0) (headers and
libraries) not found. Please check your installation! 
configure: error: ./configure failed for
kdelibdocs_kdoc2

The error persists even after I try
./configure --disable-kdoc2
as instructed in the section KDK Specific Controls. 
Does any have an idea what I may have overlooked?
