template for libraries

Thanks to Thomas Regner who I was told to go to, I'm finally getting 
somewhere building libraries with kdevelop. However, the process strikes me 
as something that should be automated through a template of some sort. At 
the very least, the documentation should be adequate.

Are there any plans to add this to kdevelop?
