Bug Report: Lockup if debugger run with separate window for I/O

Hi, simple to reproduce bug here.

Start up a new console C++ application project.  Accept all the defaults.  Make
and run it with just the default "Hello, world!" code.  Works fine!  Now Debug
it... Lockup!  Start it back up and load the project again.  Go to
Options:KdevelopSetup:Debugger and uncheck "Enable separate terminal for
application i/o".  Works fine!

So somehow debugging in a separate window just ain't happy.
