KDEVELOP 1.1 template normal2.tar.gz

I edited the template in the normal2.tar.gz to take care of the KStdAccel
problem.  Was this already taken care of in the cvs? Or, is there somewhere I
should upload this? Probably just as easy for someone with cvs access to make
the fix but I've got the tar ball avail if someone wants it.
