does work KDevelop 1.1 on Redhat 6.1 for you ? :-(

sorry for posting a 2nd time:

I simply can't compile an app with Kdevelop it fails during the configure
script.
in particular when linking the small kde test app because of undefined
references in kdecore. ( kdecore-2.0.0 is installed on my system (default
Redhat 6.1)

Any advice how to make this work.
I followed all steps mentioned on the kdevelop.org site for redhat 6.0 but 
no luck :-(

Am I the only having problems or are there more people out here which
had problems to compile an app with Kdevelop ?
