Wish: More default defines in config.h

You usually need that in the about dialog and the lsm file. There, the
templates make use of that. For mini-projects you have to do that
yourself with the about dialog, of course. config.h is automatically
created from the autoconf stuff where these information doesn´t belong
currently.
