--enable-final

Hallo,

when setting the parameter --enable-final with configure, KDevelop won't
compile. The reason is: in kdevelop/kwrite/kmimemagic.cpp there's a #define
HOWMANY, in kdevelop/kwrite/kwdoc.cpp it's variable. Unfortunately both
files are included, and defining a variable with a name of a #define will
crash.
