Where is C/C++ Reference?

Hi,
I believed I had the same problem this had to do with kdevelop installing a
default page saying that this doc is not there where the main index should be.

When you reinstall kdevelop it looks like it overwrite the existing index page
of this doc.

I went in and manually changed the page and it worked
