internal debugger crashs under kdevelop 1.2/1.1 on solaris 2.6

Hi all,
we have a problem with the internal debugger of kdevelop on a solaris
2.6 sparc machine. It crashs under kdevelop 1.1 and 1.2 (snapshot
20000427). In 9 of 10 cases it crashs on startup. We have never debugged
a programm completly.
Under Linux (suse 6.3) we have no problems!
Is this a known problem? Has any one any resolutions?
