internal debugger crashs under kdevelop 1.2/1.1 on solaris 2.6

Hi,

Please, recompile kdevelop with environment ´export
CPPFLAGS=-DDBG_MONITOR´ and ´./configure --enable-debug´.
After that crash kdevelop as usual ;-) and send the contents of the
"Debugger" output view (a tab view) to John Birch, the guru of all
Linux-debuggers (jbb at ihug.co.nz).
