I guess this applies to all non US keyboards, then. But - a mail from Sandy
Meier (develop coordinator, kdevelop) informed me that this bug is actually
fixed a few days ago, and adviced me to download a current snapshot.

As for myself, I'll wait 'till its's RPM'ed, but it's nice knowing that its
taken care of.
