Qt2.0.2 is recommented for QextMDI library

Hi,

For all those programmers using QextMDI:

The strange X11 error

   X Error: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes) 8
     Major opcode:  42

that happened sometimes when the example application "fourChildren" had
been started seems to be fixed in Qt2.0.2. :-)
Probably because of the reparent bug fix.
That's why I recomment to use QextMDI with at least version 2.0.2 to
prevent problems during docking or undocking of child frames.
