Announce: new "Bugs & On going Work" web page on Kdevelop's web site

Hi all,

There is (or there will be very soon) a new "Bugs & On going Work" web
page on KDevelop's web site.
On this page, you will find
_ a link to KDevelop's bugs and wishlist web site,
_ a table where there should be information about on going work on
KDevelop.

Currently, this table only contains fake information. So if you are
working on KDevelop, thank you for sending us a note with the following
information so that we can make it up to date:

_ a short (1 line) description on the items you are working on,
_ the item numbers (if there is one) of the bug or wishlist items you
are working on,
_ the name and email adress of people working with you on each item,
_ the date you started working on each item.
