Trobules with tools in KDevelop 0.4

Hi Johannes,

this was my fault and I found that out during a testing yesterday
myself...I changed KDevelop a few days ago to use KApplication, but for
using the tools it had to be KWMModuleApplication. I didn't know that
and changed it back again, so with the current CVS this is fixed.
