The list got it but many many people of the KDevelop Team are in vacancy.

Yes of course!
I uploaded it to ftp://fara.cs.uni-potsdam.de/incoming/ and we will wait for
Sandy to come back from vacancy before we decide if we put it in  KDevelop
1.1 or in a future release.
