Renaming a Class

Hi,

A new user question, I defined a number of classes from the Project menu
and at a later date decided that some of them need a name change.  It
appears that the only way to rename a class is manually edit the header
and implementation sources and rename them.  Is this so ? Is there an
easier way ?
