That's not a problem, because the configure-script figures out by
itself, where KDE is located. $(kde_toolbardir) is nothing else but
$KDEDIR/share/toolbar. It could only be a problem on distributing binary
distros. They then have to be customized for RH, Slackware, Debian or
whatever it be.
